Welcome to our New Crippen-Crippin-Grippen-Grippin Research Bulletin Board!

After tiring of all the spam (and bogus registrants) I have had to intercept on the Yahoo Groups, we are going to try this for a while and see if it doesn't work a little better.

It's completely private (outside of a third party provider like Yahoo)

Here are a few GENERAL RULES:

1) Please do not send files or attach files (we don't want any viruses here!) I would be happy to post files or family photos to the web site if you'd like to share them.

2) Please read the FAQ before you post or answer queries on the Board (see button at the top of the screen). There are a lot of helpful answers there.

3) Please be NICE - everyone here is here for a reason - usually their OWN family research. Sometimes others will be able to help you and sometimes not. If you don't receive an answer to your query. Try it again in a month or so. (Sometimes people go back over postings when they are new to a board and sometimes they don't)

4) If you experience a problem with the use of the Bulletin Board and you think an answer to your question might help other users of the Board, feel free to create a NEW TOPIC here and we'll try to answer your question. Just click the link on the main page that says:

"Post Questions Related to Bulletin Board USE here"

And either read previous posts or create a NEW TOPIC

SUGGESTION: In the user PROFILE section of your membership here - there is a place for INTERESTS - this would be a good place to put your line of the CRIPPEN family. For example: Thomas, Jabez, John, John, John, Lovina (CRIPPEN) BROWN.
