I now have found lots more about this ELDER family of ELDERSLIE FARM, by searching Google
online for “PHIL and BECKY ELDER.”

Looks like these are from the “PETER ELDER Family of VIRGINIA,” several descendants posted on
our ELDER DNA RESULTS CHART.

More bio online

Mentions “Phil and Becky Love"
“Phil later found a 1,640-acre property in southeast Kansas for a ranch property.
He continued to compete in equestrian events, going to nationals several times.
He married Becky Love. “

From my files, sent from Pecan Place owner in TN:
…” My wife and I have recently moved into a large victorian home in Trenton, TN, in Gibson county, that was owned by the Harry Lucas Elder family for well over one hundred years. If I’m right Harry Lucas was a brother to the James who was the bank president in Memphis that you spoke of. Another brother, John Wesley Elder started the bank of Trenton and Harry Lucas worked as cashier for him all his life and also lived in this home and added the front part in 1893. This link of the Scrape family that is entwined with the Elder family, posted at

Pecan Place, Trenton Tn. Originally owned by Horace McClung Elder. Front of house is dated 1890s and the rear which is a part of a previous Elder home is dated 1846. “
